Maison de la Nature in Èze
The beauty and ecological importance of the Corniches de la Riviera are showcased at the Maison de la Nature in Èze. The exhibition “The Corniches of the Riviera, natural habitats and biodiversity – Natura 2000” offers a unique opportunity to explore this unique ecosystem and the species that inhabit it, including the precious Nivéola de Nice.
Located in the picturesque Parc de la Grande Corniche, the Natura 2000 site of the Corniches de la Riviera represents a natural treasure in southeastern France. The Department of Alpes-Maritimes is actively committed to conserving this unique world heritage.
The exhibition, created with the scientific support of the Mediterranean Botanical Conservatory, features 19 thematic panels.
The panels delve into the understanding of this protected area and the species that inhabit it.
The Maison de la Nature is freely open from Wednesday to Sunday, including public holidays, also offering accessibility to visitors with reduced mobility thanks to convenient parking and a ramp. Opening hours are from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, providing ample opportunities to visit this fascinating exhibition until Sunday, September 15, 2024.
