Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement incontournable, qui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre sa 13e \u00e9dition, promet une exp\u00e9rience culinaire exceptionnelle au c\u0153ur des montagnes du Mercantour.<\/p>\n<p>Le parrain de cette \u00e9dition sera Denis Ferault, Meilleur Ouvrier de France et directeur du Lyc\u00e9e Jeanne et Paul Augier de Nice.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de 20 chefs et p\u00e2tissiers renomm\u00e9s participeront \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, parmi lesquels Guillaume Winterstein, Jean Philippe Blondet, Nicolas Rondelli et Steve Morrachini.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque soir, des menus d&rsquo;exception \u00e0 55\u20ac seront propos\u00e9s dans les restaurants participants. Le samedi soir, la place centrale sera anim\u00e9e par un show cooking avec des chefs et p\u00e2tissiers, offrant des d\u00e9gustations de plats d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n<p>Pour un r\u00e9veil gourmand, un petit-d\u00e9jeuner sp\u00e9cial sera offert aux skieurs dimanche matin, accompagn\u00e9 de d\u00e9monstrations de baristas et de d\u00e9gustations.<\/p>\n<p>Les Toques Br\u00fbl\u00e9es, dirig\u00e9es par David et No\u00eblle Faure, r\u00e9chaufferont le front neige avec leur barbecue en plein air dimanche \u00e0 midi.<\/p>\n<p>Un duo d&rsquo;exception, St\u00e9phane Mangin et Victor Delpierre, promet des d\u00e9monstrations gourmandes et cr\u00e9atives. Des ateliers culinaires accessibles \u00e0 tous pour 7\u20ac seront anim\u00e9s par des chefs passionn\u00e9s.
