As a model of prosperity in the Principality, the building trades offer real opportunities for employment and career advancement at all levels of qualification and responsibility. In this context, the Government Counselor-Minister, Christophe Robino, received today at the Ministry of State the members of the Employers’ Chamber of the Building Sector who officially handed him the first training catalog developed by the newly created Building Training Fund. Trainings are planned in first aid, workplace safety, as well as on the use of software specific to the profession.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, a subsidy was provided by the Princely Government to encourage this positive initiative that mobilized the profession.<\/p>\n

Christophe ROBINO stated: “Employee training is the future. I am convinced that professional training needs to be developed. It is a long-term investment. The Building Training Fund is a good initiative to enhance employment in the Principality.<\/em>” Fabien DEPLANCHE, President of the Employers’ Chamber of the Building Sector, says: “We are convinced that investing in training will strengthen the foundation on which the excellence of our trades relies, while also contributing to building a solid and prosperous future for all, in partnership with youth! Capitalizing on training is undoubtedly a visionary strategy.<\/em>”<\/p>\n

For Nicolas GENTELLE, President of the Building Training Fund, he notes: “With this catalog of trainings, the CFB aims to work towards enhancing the skills of building sector employees, in order to continue promoting excellence and professionalizing our industry.<\/em>”<\/p>\n
