Just behind the Promenade, in the musicians’ quarter, a very pleasant restaurant with a vintage bistro atmosphere. Traditional recipes revisited with local products, including those from Liguria and Piedmont, and an excellent selection of natural wines, also available by the glass.<\/p>\n

The Tourteaux brothers’ restaurant has become one of the excellence addresses in Nice’s gastronomy, blending local products with exotic spices. For a unique (and somewhat expensive) flavor experience.<\/p>\n

Chez Davia<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Chef Pierre Altobelli’s restaurant was opened in the ’50s by his grandparents, who came from Italy. Having worked with top chefs like Alain Ducasse, Pierre Gagnaire, Yannick All\u00e9no, and Troigros in Tokyo, he returned to Nice with his Japanese wife, offering excellent traditional recipes creatively revisited with a touch of Japan.<\/p>\n

A completely renovated gastronomic space in the former Gare du Sud in the Lib\u00e9ration district, managed by Italian Renato Tiera. Mediterraneo offers typical cuisine from the “Mare Nostrum,” including Italian, Lebanese, Spanish, Oriental, and Greek dishes, as well as those from the South of France. Open from 8 am to 11 pm, with concerts, animations, and exhibitions. Three different types of food: cold dishes, grilled dishes, and traditional dishes with a good look at the prices.<\/p>\n
