MONACO \u2014<\/strong> A record-breaking pink diamond, a high jewellery suite, cutting-edge technology for superyacht security and physical gold: these were the key elements of an exclusive evening held on September 29 at the Riva Lounge of the Yacht Club de Monaco.<\/p>\n

The event marked the Monaco debut of Hessa<\/strong>, a 75.25-carat laboratory-grown Fancy Vivid Pink diamond<\/strong> recognised by Guinness World Records as the \u201cLargest Fancy Vivid Pink Diamond.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Organised in partnership with The Monegasque<\/strong>, the evening brought together a select group of international guests at one of Monaco\u2019s most prestigious locations, closely associated with luxury yachting and the international superyacht industry.<\/p>\n

The event took place just after the Monaco Yacht Show, when the Principality becomes an international meeting point for the world of large yachts, luxury and specialised services for a global clientele.<\/p>\n

Hessa, the 75.25-carat pink diamond<\/h2>\n

At the centre of the evening was Hessa, an intense pink diamond featuring a cushion cut<\/strong>, created by JATUAL<\/strong> and presented together with Platinum Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The stone takes its name from Sheikha Hessa bint Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan<\/strong>, linking the project to the cultural and social heritage of the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n

One of Hessa\u2019s defining characteristics is its Fancy Vivid Pink<\/strong> classification, a gemological designation associated with an exceptionally intense pink colour. The diamond has also been recognised by Guinness World Records in the category of Largest Fancy Vivid Pink Diamond<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In Monaco, the stone was presented not simply as an individual gem, but as the centrepiece of a broader high jewellery project.<\/p>\n

A high jewellery suite featuring more than 200 carats of pink diamonds<\/h2>\n

Hessa is the centrepiece of a high jewellery suite comprising a necklace, earrings, bracelet and ring<\/strong>. Together, the four creations feature more than 200 carats of Fancy Vivid Pink diamonds<\/strong>, sharing the same colour classification and cut.<\/p>\n

The necklace is particularly striking. In addition to Hessa, it incorporates another 31 pink diamonds<\/strong>, creating a composition in which the record-breaking stone becomes the focal point.<\/p>\n

The necklace was also featured on the back cover of the The Monegasque<\/em> edition dedicated to the Monaco Yacht Show, which devoted an extensive editorial feature to the project.<\/p>\n

The suite was presented to guests with an indicated valuation of approximately \u20ac500,000<\/strong>, making it one of the evening\u2019s most spectacular highlights.<\/p>\n

The event, however, went beyond the world of jewellery. It brought together seemingly different sectors connected by a common international clientele interested in luxury, technology, security and innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The narrative therefore moved from protecting an exceptional object of value to protecting privacy and security aboard the world\u2019s most sophisticated yachts.<\/p>\n

Among the technologies presented in Monaco was AGRON<\/strong>, a system developed for the maritime sector and designed for yachts, superyachts, marinas and private infrastructures.<\/p>\n

AGRON and the protection of privacy around yachts<\/h2>\n

AGRON\u2019s solutions include surrounding-environment monitoring, intelligence, risk assessment and aerial activity monitoring<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Particular attention is devoted to the detection and management of drones operating near vessels<\/strong>, an increasingly relevant issue for owners and guests aboard large yachts.<\/p>\n

For superyacht users, privacy is no longer limited to what happens inside the vessel. Protecting the surrounding area can also become an essential part of security, both while the yacht is in port and during navigation.<\/p>\n

According to information presented by the organisers during the Monaco event, an agreement was also announced for the production of AGRON technologies in Abu Dhabi<\/strong>, strengthening the project’s connection with the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n

Gold brings another dimension to the concept of value<\/h2>\n

The evening concluded with another material historically associated with value: gold<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Guests received 2.5-gram bars of 24-karat gold<\/strong>, produced by Emirates Gold<\/strong>, a Dubai-based company active in the refining, assaying, manufacturing and minting of precious metals.<\/p>\n

The gift added another dimension to the evening\u2019s central theme, moving from the aesthetic and collectible value of high jewellery to the traditional role of physical gold and the potential evolution of precious-metal assets in digital formats.<\/p>\n

Monaco, a meeting point for luxury and technology<\/h2>\n

The Yacht Club de Monaco event ultimately offered several contemporary interpretations of the concept of value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On one side was the rarity and visual impact of a laboratory-grown pink diamond recognised by Guinness World Records. On the other was technology designed to protect privacy and security in the superyacht sector. Completing the picture was physical gold, traditionally associated with the preservation of value and now increasingly connected to new digital applications.<\/p>\n
