Ravin heads the <strong>Blue Bay Marcel Ravin<\/strong>, awarded two Michelin stars, as well as <strong>Elsa<\/strong>, which holds one Michelin star. He will join a programme bringing together chefs, artisans, producers and food professionals.<\/p>\n<h3>Two days celebrating the gastronomy of the French Riviera<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cOui, Chef!\u201d aims to create a meeting place for professionals and the public, focusing not only on cuisine itself, but also on the transmission of knowledge, the promotion of local ingredients and the discovery of culinary professions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The setting is particularly distinctive: <strong>Cap-Martin park<\/strong>, surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove overlooking the Mediterranean. A gastronomic village with <strong>24 stands<\/strong> will showcase producers, artisans and professionals from the food industry.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">More than <strong>15 chefs<\/strong> will take part in the event, alongside nine culinary demonstrations and masterclasses, three conferences and meetings exploring gastronomy, its history and its various skills and traditions. Five workshops and activities for children and families will also be offered.<\/p>\n<h3>Masterclasses, demonstrations and meetings with chefs<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The two-day programme will give visitors the opportunity to watch chefs and culinary professionals at work and discover techniques, recipes and contemporary interpretations of Mediterranean cuisine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The official opening will take place on <strong>Saturday, October 3 at 10 a.m.<\/strong>, in the presence of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin Mayor <strong>Patrick Cesari<\/strong>, president of the Disciples Escoffier Riviera C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur, Corse &amp; Monaco delegation <strong>Jean-Claude Brugel<\/strong>, and <strong>Marcel Ravin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Saturday&#8217;s programme will combine workshops, conferences and culinary demonstrations. Highlights include <strong>crispy chicken thigh with seasonal vegetable ravioli<\/strong>, presented by Jean-Claude Brugel, <strong>\u201c\u0152uf parfait\u201d<\/strong> by <strong>Alessandro Callegari<\/strong>, and <strong>\u201cTarte tatin de tomates caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es\u201d<\/strong> by <strong>J\u00e9r\u00f4me Rigaud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The afternoon will also feature a demonstration by <strong>\u00c9ric Brujan<\/strong>, followed by an induction ceremony for Marcel Ravin and new members of the Disciples Escoffier delegation.<\/p>\n<h3>Sunday: gnocchi, chocolate and more culinary demonstrations<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The programme continues on <strong>Sunday, October 4<\/strong>, with further opportunities to explore culinary techniques and discover new recipes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Workshops will include sessions on making <strong>gnocchi<\/strong> and colourful <strong>Cake Bowls<\/strong>, while culinary demonstrations will feature <strong>Marc Salichon, Marcel Ravin, Jean-Laurent Basile, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Ramos and Jean-Luc L\u2019Hourre with Gilles Brunner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A dedicated conference will explore the <strong>world of chocolate<\/strong>, while a second induction ceremony will welcome new members to the Disciples Escoffier Riviera C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur, Corse &amp; Monaco delegation.<\/p>\n<h3>A festival for children and families<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cOui, Chef!\u201d is designed to appeal to a broad audience, including younger visitors. <strong>Cooking workshops<\/strong> and creative activities will be available throughout the weekend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Children will also have the opportunity to <strong>decorate and personalise their own chef&#8217;s hat<\/strong>, turning their visit into an interactive and memorable experience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cooking workshops are available <strong>from \u20ac10<\/strong>, with registration at the Disciples Escoffier stand.<\/p>\n<h3>\u201cOui, Chef!\u201d supports Octobre Rose<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The first edition of the festival will also feature a charity initiative connected to <strong>Octobre Rose<\/strong>, the campaign dedicated to raising awareness and supporting breast cancer prevention and research.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">During both days, <strong>Le Monde des Cr\u00eapes<\/strong> will offer cr\u00eapes and a <strong>Cr\u00eape Suzette<\/strong> demonstration, while the preserves used for the initiative will be supplied by <strong>Les Gaillardises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The proceeds from the entire stand, including sales and the Cr\u00eape Suzette activity, will be <strong>donated to the Centre Communal d\u2019Action Sociale (CCAS) of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin<\/strong> as part of Octobre Rose.<\/p>\n<h3>Local products and culinary craftsmanship<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Alongside the chefs&#8217; demonstrations, visitors will be able to meet <strong>local producers, artisans and food professionals<\/strong>, discover their products and learn more about their expertise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The gastronomic village will therefore be a place for tasting, but also for conversation and the transmission of culinary know-how.
