On Saturday, May 23, 2026, the European Night of Museums<\/em> (Nuit Europ\u00e9enne des Mus\u00e9es<\/em>) returns as one of the most anticipated cultural events in Europe, also involving the city of Nice and several towns across the French Riviera.<\/p>\n

For one evening, museums, cultural sites, and exhibition spaces will exceptionally open their doors to the public in the evening hours, offering free admission and a rich program of events, guided tours, and artistic performances.<\/p>\n

The initiative, promoted by the French Ministry of Culture at a European level, aims to make cultural heritage more accessible and to attract new audiences through immersive experiences and contemporary forms of expression.<\/p>\n

Museums open in Nice for Museum Night 2026<\/h2>\n

In Nice, Museum Night 2026 features extended opening hours and free admission to numerous city museums, along with special activities for visitors.<\/p>\n

In addition to permanent collections, the public will enjoy guided tours, performances, screenings, and interactive events.<\/p>\n
