Activities take place at handiplages and equipped nautical centers, where participants can experience sailing and kayaking under the supervision of qualified instructors and specialized staff.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2907\" data-end=\"3059\">The goal is not only sporting but also relational and therapeutic: experiencing the sea becomes a journey of autonomy, confidence, and social inclusion.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"gdv3za\" data-start=\"3061\" data-end=\"3105\">Activity schedule and daily participation<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3148\">Each day includes four one-hour sessions:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3150\" data-end=\"3238\">\n<li data-section-id=\"14gy8zn\" data-start=\"3150\" data-end=\"3172\">9:30 AM \u2013 10:30 AM<\/li>\n<li around 600 people each year benefit from adapted sports programs that support rehabilitation, physical and mental well-being, and social inclusion.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4338\" data-end=\"4458\">It is
