As part of the planned renovation and restructuring of the Fontvieille Shopping Centre<\/strong>, the Government of Monaco<\/strong> has launched a call for applications for the lease of two commercial spaces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The announcement was published in the Journal de Monaco on Friday 27 February and Friday 6 March 2026<\/strong> and concerns two retail units located within the shopping centre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A shop with storage space<\/h3>\n

The first call concerns a commercial unit (Lot 269)<\/strong>, formerly occupied by Yamamay, located on the ground floor<\/strong> of the centre.<\/p>\n

The premises offer approximately 51 m\u00b2 of retail space<\/strong>, together with a storage room of about 15.84 m\u00b2<\/strong>, located in the car park on the first basement level (Zone A14 \u2013 No. 01-39)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The premises must be used exclusively for commercial retail activities<\/strong>, with the explicit exclusion of any type of food service or restaurant activity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A commercial kiosk with terrace<\/h3>\n

The second call concerns a commercial kiosk (Lot 278)<\/strong>, also located on the ground floor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The kiosk has an indoor surface of approximately 35 m\u00b2<\/strong> and is accompanied by a terrace area of about 48 m\u00b2<\/strong>, identified as Parcel 279<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This space is also intended exclusively for commercial activities<\/strong>. Food service activities requiring the installation of an extraction system are strictly prohibited<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Excluded uses<\/h3>\n

The call specifies that liberal professions and the use of the premises as offices are not permitted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Site visits<\/h3>\n

Interested applicants will be able to visit the premises on Friday 13 March 2026<\/strong> according to the following schedule:<\/p>\n

    Commercial unit with storage (Lot 269): from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Kiosk with terrace (Lots 278 and 279): from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How to apply<\/h3>\n

    Application files can be collected from the Administration des Domaines<\/strong>, located on the 5th floor, 5 Promenade Honor\u00e9 II \u2013 Hall A in Monaco<\/strong>, Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm<\/strong> (excluding public holidays).<\/p>\n

    They can also be downloaded online via the \u201cMon Entreprise\u201d portal of the Government of Monaco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Applications must be submitted to the Administration des Domaines by 27 March 2026 at 12:00 noon<\/strong>, which is the strict deadline<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
