With two Michelin stars at <strong data-start=\"497\" data-end=\"538\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Blue Bay Marcel Ravin<\/strong> and the star awarded in 2025 to <strong data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"612\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Elsa Marcel Ravin<\/strong>, the Martinique-born chef develops a culinary journey that weaves together personal memory, contemporary research and a dialogue between cultures.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"799\">Elsa changes its name and identity<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"1157\">On 14 April, a symbolic milestone is reached with the reopening of the restaurant at Monte-Carlo Beach under its new official name, <em data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"951\">Elsa Marcel Ravin<\/em>. More than a rebranding, it strengthens the bond between the chef and a cuisine defined by elegance, seasonality and a strong sense of identity, blending Mediterranean refinement with a modern sensibility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1379\">Alongside fine dining, Ravin also pursues a more informal expression of his cuisine at <strong data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1287\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Mada One<\/strong>, where the concept of \u201csnackonomy\u201d translates haute cuisine into a dynamic, urban language.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1427\">Blue Bay as a stage for exceptional events<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1761\">The beating heart of the season remains the Blue Bay, which, following its February reopening, launches a rich programme of special dinners. From <em data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"1600\">Tradition moderne cr\u00e9ole<\/em>, a tribute to the chef\u2019s Martinican roots, to high-profile international collaborations, the restaurant becomes a laboratory for encounters and experimentation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"2282\">Among the most anticipated highlights is <em data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1814\">Momentum<\/em> on 13 April, a four-hands dinner organised for the International Day of Gastronomy in collaboration with <strong data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"1961\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Les Grandes Tables du Monde<\/strong>, featuring <strong data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2014\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Arnaud Bignon<\/strong> alongside Ravin. Further events include a dinner dedicated to pairings with Martinique AOC rums, a Festival des \u00c9toil\u00e9s evening with <strong data-start=\"2148\" data-end=\"2189\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Glenn Viel<\/strong>, and autumn experiences centred on white truffle and on the pairing of champagne and caviar.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2322\">The new \u201cRituel des Cinq \u00c9l\u00e9ments\u201d<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2626\">The true novelty of 2026 is <em data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2380\">Le Rituel des Cinq \u00c9l\u00e9ments<\/em>, an original format debuting on 11 March. Inspired by the Japanese Kaiseki philosophy, the experience revolves around the five elements \u2013 Water, Wood, Metal, Fire and Earth \u2013 and unfolds through around ten small creations that change every week.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2628\" data-end=\"2889\">Within this ritual, Japanese rigour, Creole soul and Mediterranean light coexist, shaping a gastronomic experience conceived as a suspended, contemplative moment.
