On <strong data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"582\">Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 February<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"600\">Port Hercule<\/strong> will be the focal point of a major sporting weekend, with <strong data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"676\">4,500 runners<\/strong> expected and <strong data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"710\">six race formats<\/strong> on the programme: the Trail du Mont Agel (30 km), City Trail, 10 km, 5 km, children\u2019s 1,000 m races and the Pink Ribbon Walk.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"876\">Traffic and parking: key changes<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"1001\">To ensure the smooth running of the event, <strong data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"956\">traffic and parking restrictions<\/strong> will be in place in several strategic areas:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1526\">\n<li data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1110\">\n<p data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1110\"><strong data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1024\">Quai Albert Ier<\/strong> will be closed to traffic from <strong data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1107\">12 February at 00:01 until 15 February at 14:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1406\">\n<p data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1406\">On race mornings (14 and 15 February), temporary closures will affect <strong data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1307\">quai des \u00c9tats-Unis, route de la Piscine, darse Sud, avenue J.-F. Kennedy, boulevard Louis II and avenue Princesse Grace<\/strong>, with manual traffic control in certain sections to allow access for residents and hotel guests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1526\">\n<p data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1526\"><strong data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1444\">Parking will also be prohibited<\/strong> in numerous areas between 12 and 15 February, particularly along the race routes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1661\"><strong data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1570\">Urban bus services operated by the CAM<\/strong> will be diverted on <strong data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1613\">Sunday 15 February<\/strong>, from the start of service until around midday.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1694\">A world-class elite field<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1823\">From a sporting perspective, the 2026 edition promises a <strong data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1785\">very high international level<\/strong>. Among the most anticipated athletes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"2186\">\n<li data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"1904\">\n<p data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"1904\"><strong data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"1843\">Diane Van Es<\/strong>, holder of the European 5 km record set in Monaco in 2025;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"1973\">\n<p data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"1973\"><strong data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"1924\">Jana Van Lent<\/strong>, who recently broke the European 10 km record;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2092\">\n<p data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"2092\"><strong data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"1993\">Alessia Zarbo<\/strong>, a leading figure in French athletics and national record holder in the 10 km and half marathon;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2186\">\n<p data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2186\"><strong data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2110\">Mike Foppen<\/strong>, the Dutch athlete with a personal best of 13\u201908 over 5,000 m on the track.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2416\">The <strong data-start=\"2192\" data-end=\"2214\">Trail du Mont Agel<\/strong> will also attract strong attention, with the top two finishers from 2025 returning: <strong data-start=\"2299\" data-end=\"2318\">S\u00e9bastien Poesy<\/strong>, defending champion, and <strong data-start=\"2344\" data-end=\"2362\">Th\u00e9o Le Boudec<\/strong>, aiming to improve on the reference time of <strong data-start=\"2407\" data-end=\"2415\">2h26<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2418\" data-end=\"2456\">Expo, solidarity and key figures<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2685\">The <strong data-start=\"2461\" data-end=\"2485\">Running Expo Village<\/strong>, set up on Quai Albert Ier, will welcome runners and spectators with <strong data-start=\"2555\" data-end=\"2570\">12 partners<\/strong>, activities, entertainment and a guided course preview of the 5 km and 10 km races scheduled for Saturday morning.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2954\">For the <strong data-start=\"2695\" data-end=\"2722\">second consecutive year<\/strong>, runners will be able to take part in the <strong data-start=\"2765\" data-end=\"2794\">solidarity bib initiative<\/strong>, supporting four partner charities: the Monaco Association for the Protection of Nature, Pink Ribbon Monaco, the Flavien Foundation and Les Enfants de Frankie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2956\" data-end=\"2976\">Key figures include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2977\" data-end=\"3108\">\n<li data-start=\"2977\" data-end=\"3011\">\n<p data-start=\"2979\" data-end=\"3011\">15% international participants<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3012\" data-end=\"3082\">\n<p data-start=\"3014\" data-end=\"3082\">40% of French runners coming from outside the Alpes-Maritimes (06)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3083\" data-end=\"3108\">\n<p data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3108\">62% men and 38% women<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3110\" data-end=\"3398\">With the support of <strong data-start=\"3130\" data-end=\"3148\">180 volunteers<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"3153\" data-end=\"3188\">40 organising committee members<\/strong>, Monaco Run Gramaglia 2026 confirms its status as a flagship sporting event, blending performance, popular participation and solidarity, and turning Monaco into a true European running capital for one weekend.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Monaco Run Gramaglia 2026 is set to return to the streets of the Principality.
