A concrete opportunity to discover tools and ideas to support the day-to-day management of CHR businesses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1469\">Organized by the <strong data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1153\">NICEXPO association<\/strong>, the show targets a wide and qualified audience including restaurateurs, hoteliers, artisans, collective catering professionals, students and trainers. AGECOTEL thus confirms its role as a true <strong data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1414\">platform for exchange, professional development and networking<\/strong>, addressing the needs of a constantly evolving sector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1758\">The strategic importance of the event is reinforced by its territorial context: in the <strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1577\">Alpes-Maritimes<\/strong>, the CHR sector accounts for around <strong data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1640\">80% of tourism revenue<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1687\">7,000 establishments and 39,000 jobs<\/strong>, making AGECOTEL a key appointment for the local and regional economy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"2319\">For the <strong data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1795\">second consecutive year<\/strong>, the show will welcome starred chef <strong data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1851\">Jacques Maximin<\/strong> as <strong data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1877\">Honorary President<\/strong>. A <strong data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"1893\">MOF 1979<\/strong> and Vice-President of the <em data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"1960\">Meilleurs Ouvriers de France \u2013 Cuisine<\/em> competition, Maximin is an iconic figure in French gastronomy. Trained at the Moulin de Mougins and in the kitchens of the Negresco in Nice, he is now a culinary advisor and chef-in-residence at <strong data-start=\"2156\" data-end=\"2183\">\u00c9cole Ducasse in Meudon<\/strong>. During AGECOTEL, he will also present a <strong data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2243\">Signature Menu<\/strong> at <em data-start=\"2247\" data-end=\"2267\">La Table de Jeanne<\/em>, the restaurant of the Lyc\u00e9e Jeanne et Paul Augier.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2321\" data-end=\"2707\">\u201cThe show continues to evolve in order to respond to the new challenges facing the sector, including sustainability, cost control and regulatory requirements,\u201d explains <strong data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2507\">Marc Ippolito<\/strong>, President of NICEXPO. The same vision is shared by the new Managing Director <strong data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"2607\">Thomas Gheerbrant<\/strong>, who aims to strengthen the international dimension of the event, with a particular focus on Italy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2709\" data-end=\"2984\">A major highlight of AGECOTEL 2026 will be its <strong data-start=\"2756\" data-end=\"2796\">competitions and live demonstrations<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"2803\" data-end=\"2831\">eight contests scheduled<\/strong> and two new additions: the <strong data-start=\"2859\" data-end=\"2876\">Troph\u00e9e Masse<\/strong>, dedicated to foie gras, and the <strong data-start=\"2910\" data-end=\"2929\">Troph\u00e9e Wine Up<\/strong>, a sommelier competition chaired by <strong data-start=\"2966\" data-end=\"2983\">Franck Thomas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"3196\">Renowned figures from the worlds of cuisine and pastry, including <strong data-start=\"3052\" data-end=\"3099\">Mercotte, Jo\u00ebl Garault and Philippe Joannes<\/strong>, are also expected, for three days of training, professional exchange and gastronomic spectacle.<\/p>\n<p
