From 6 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, Vence prepares to celebrate one of the most anticipated moments of the year with a new edition of No\u00ebl \u00e0 Vence<\/em>. The City of Arts turns into a magical village illuminated by lights, music, Proven\u00e7al traditions and contemporary creativity. For an entire month, residents, traders and visitors come together in a festive atmosphere designed to unite the whole community.<\/p>\n

The city lights up with magic<\/h4>\n

The historic streets glow with light installations and decorations created for the \u201cLa magie de No\u00ebl\u201d competition, in which local shopkeepers showcase their creativity to make Vence even more enchanting.
In Place du Grand Jardin, the Christmas Village returns with artisans and local producers offering handcrafted creations, regional specialties and late-night shopping events.<\/p>\n

The Enchanted Park, spread between Place Mar\u00e9chal Juin and Place du Grand Jardin, offers rides, a mini train, trampolines, tree-climbing activities and musical parades animating the afternoons throughout the festive season.<\/p>\n

A child-friendly Christmas<\/h4>\n

Children are at the heart of the celebrations: every Wednesday and Saturday they can enjoy shows, creative workshops, themed games and the \u201cBoum des enfants\u201d.
Among the most original activities are the Escape Game set in the old town and the spectacular Opening Parade on 6 December, featuring dance performances, the lighting of the \u00c9toile du Baou and a grand finale in the Christmas market.<\/p>\n

Culture at the core of the festivities<\/h4>\n

True to its artistic identity, Vence enriches the season with a wide cultural programme.
The Media Library hosts an exhibition dedicated to local heritage, while the Museum offers the child-friendly route L\u2019art \u00e0 ma hauteur !<\/em>.
The celebration also includes guided tours of Proven\u00e7al traditions, santon-making workshops, storytelling sessions, concerts in the Cathedral and events dedicated to children\u2019s literature.<\/p>\n

    12 December:<\/strong> Conservatory concert in the Cathedral of the Nativity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    14 December:<\/strong> Trail du Pays Ven\u00e7ois<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    20 December:<\/strong> cultural afternoon at the Museum, visit from the P\u00e8re No\u00ebl, fireworks viewed from the ramparts, with vin chaud and soupe \u00e0 l\u2019oignon for everyone.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    23 December:<\/strong> acrobatic arrival of Santa Claus, vertical dance show, photo opportunities and light projections on the town hall, followed by a DJ set.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    28 December to 4 January:<\/strong> La Grande R\u00e9cr\u00e9<\/em>, a week of family activities including interactive games, small animals, circus workshops and themed shows.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3 January:<\/strong> Bal\u00e8ti de l\u2019An Nou<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    4 January:<\/strong> Epiphany celebration with shows, workshops and galette offered by the Festival Committee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To make travelling easier, the city offers free parking on Saturdays 13 and 20 December.<\/p>\n
