With the festive season approaching, the Chapiteau of Monaco<\/strong> is ready to become the beating heart of European culinary art: from 28 November to 1 December<\/strong>, the 28th edition of Monte-Carlo Gastronomie<\/strong>, organised by Caroli Com \u2013 Groupe Caroli<\/strong>, returns.
An unmissable event inviting food lovers, families and gourmets to discover authentic flavours<\/strong>, refined products and exceptional specialties from renowned regions.<\/p>\n

A journey through Europe\u2019s finest flavours<\/h3>\n

For four days, the exhibition will offer a rich programme of discoveries: tastings, French, Italian, and European specialties, culinary demonstrations, and gastronomic competitions that celebrate quality and craftsmanship.
Everything is savoured here: taste, passion and conviviality.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Daily culinary demonstrations<\/strong>
    Renowned chefs and promising young talents will reveal techniques and secrets to inspire visitors in preparing festive menus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7th Maestro Chef Competition<\/strong>
    Eight passionate amateur cooks will compete before a jury of Monaco\u2019s chefs, supported by Monaco Go\u00fbt et Saveurs<\/strong>.

    3rd Soir\u00e9e du C\u0153ur \u2013 Charity Evening<\/strong>
    This year\u2019s charity gala will support BE SAFE<\/strong>, with the presence of its president, Mademoiselle Camille Gottlieb<\/strong>.
    Twenty chefs will each prepare one or two gourmet bites to raise funds for the fight against drunk driving.

    4th Maestro Kids Competition<\/strong>
    Nine young chefs from the Principality’s schools will compete with sweet or savoury versions of \u201cFrench toast\u201d.

    Gastronomy Awards<\/strong>
    Exhibitors will be honoured with the Slow Food Monaco Riviera C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur Awards<\/strong> and the Monte-Carlo Gastronomie Wine & Spirits Awards<\/strong>, supervised by Dominique Milardi<\/strong>, Honorary President of the Monegasque Association of Sommeliers.
    Awards ceremony on 28 November<\/strong> from 17:00 to 17:30, preceded by a wine-tasting demonstration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Over 100 producers for an exceptional gourmet experience<\/h3>\n

    Across 2,500 m\u00b2<\/strong>, more than one hundred producers from France, Italy, and across Europe will showcase the best of their regions:
    foie gras, truffles, caviar, cheeses, organic products, cured meats, chocolates, sweets, jams, wines, champagne, liqueurs and spirits<\/strong>, for a sensory journey full of flavours and savoir-faire.<\/p>\n

    A large raffle will be held on 1 December at 17:30<\/strong>, with prizes offered by exhibitors.<\/p>\n
