and Monitoring Committee for the National Strategy to Combat Money Laundering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"830\">The members of the first Board of the <strong data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"740\">Coordination and Monitoring Committee for the National Strategy to Combat Money Laundering, the Financing of Terrorism, the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction and Corruption<\/strong> met on <strong data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"774\">Wednesday, 12 November<\/strong>, under the chairmanship of the <strong data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"827\">Minister of State<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"1172\">On this occasion, the <strong data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"875\">Minister of State<\/strong> expressed his gratitude to the authorities and services for the quality of their work and their continued involvement since the beginning of the monitoring process, noting that <strong data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1102\">significant progress has continued to be made<\/strong> since Monaco transmitted its first progress report to the <strong data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1169\">FATF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1410\">These developments were officially acknowledged at the international level with the adoption of the <strong data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1306\">Principality\u2019s second report<\/strong> during the most recent <strong data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1370\">FATF plenary meeting in October 2025<\/strong>, attended by a Monegasque delegation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1427\">They include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1838\">\n<li data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1550\">\n<p data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1550\">the <strong data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1482\">sustained increase in international requests<\/strong> to identify and, where appropriate, seize criminal assets abroad,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1657\">\n<p data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1657\">the <strong data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1607\">strengthening of human and technical resources<\/strong> of the Monegasque Financial Security Authority,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"1737\">\n<p data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1737\">the <strong data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1700\">recruitment of three magistrates<\/strong> to the Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1838\">\n<p data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1838\">as well as <strong data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1787\">strong results in asset seizures<\/strong> involving property suspected of criminal origin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"2090\">The significant efforts undertaken by the Principality have made it possible to complete <strong data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"1968\">numerous actions in its Action Plan<\/strong>, some of which have been considered <strong data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2044\">largely addressed ahead of schedule<\/strong> compared to the timetable set in June 2024.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2305\">The Committee meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the <strong data-start=\"2158\" data-end=\"2202\">preparation of the third progress report<\/strong>, which will soon be submitted to the <strong data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2248\">FATF<\/strong>, as well as the <strong data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2286\">future milestones<\/strong> awaiting Monaco.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2401\">In this context, the services and authorities were invited to <strong data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2398\">maintain their
