Following Law No. 1.457 of 12 December 2017<\/strong>, the Prince\u2019s Government<\/strong> reaffirms its commitment to combating all forms of harassment and violence in the workplace<\/strong> with the publication of a comprehensive guide entitled \u201cHarassment and Violence at Work.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

This document was jointly developed by the General Inspectorate of Administration<\/strong>, the Directorate of Human Resources and Civil Service Training<\/strong>, and the Directorate of Legal Affairs<\/strong>. It is intended for all civil servants and State contract employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Designed as a tool for information, awareness and prevention<\/strong>, the guide aims to highlight existing mechanisms<\/strong> within the Administration and to facilitate their implementation<\/strong> in matters of moral harassment<\/strong>, sexual harassment<\/strong>, sexual blackmail<\/strong>, and workplace violence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The guide details the current reporting procedure<\/strong> and reminds all parties of their rights<\/strong>, whether they are victims<\/strong>, witnesses<\/strong>, accused persons<\/strong>, or supervisors<\/strong>. It also emphasizes the collective responsibility<\/strong> of all public employees in the prevention and handling of such situations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The guide is available on the Government Intranet portal<\/strong>, under the section \u201cPrevention against harassment and violence at work,\u201d<\/strong> as well as on the Mon Service Public<\/strong> website.
It can also be downloaded on tablets and smartphones<\/strong> via a dedicated QR code<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
