From 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.<\/strong>, renowned chefs, gastronomic journalists, and international producers<\/strong> will gather to celebrate olive oil excellence<\/strong> and explore authentic and innovative flavours<\/strong> from the southern half of the globe.<\/p>\n

This prestigious meeting serves as a bridge between culture, taste, and sustainability<\/strong>, uniting expertise and passion in an exceptional setting in the heart of Monaco.<\/p>\n

Exploring the Treasures of the Southern Hemisphere<\/strong><\/h3>\n

During the session, the international jury and AVPA representatives will present a selection of rare and refined olive and gourmet oils<\/strong>, showcasing an authentic agricultural savoir-faire<\/strong> and centuries-old traditions<\/strong>.
