Starting summer 2025, renowned pastry chef C\u00e9dric Grolet officially arrives at H\u00f4tel de Paris Monte-Carlo, launching a new tearoom and boutique in the heart of the legendary palace. Nestled in the elegant patio of the hotel, this refined space adds a new chapter to the world-class culinary offering of the most Michelin-starred resort on the planet, under the Monte-Carlo Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Bains de Mer Group.<\/p>\n
After enchanting Paris, London, Saint-Tropez, Val d\u2019Is\u00e8re, and Singapore, Grolet makes his Monaco debut with a distinctive creative vision. In partnership with the Monte-Carlo SBM Group, he has also been appointed Executive Pastry Chef of H\u00f4tel de Paris Monte-Carlo, taking charge of all sweet creations throughout the property\u2014except for Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse.<\/p>\n
