{"id":18840,"date":"2025-02-05T09:47:34","date_gmt":"2025-02-05T08:47:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/montecarloliving.com\/?p=18840"},"modified":"2025-02-05T09:49:37","modified_gmt":"2025-02-05T08:49:37","slug":"two-major-advancements-at-chpg-in-cancer-care","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/montecarloliving.com\/en\/actuality\/two-major-advancements-at-chpg-in-cancer-care-18840\/","title":{"rendered":"Two major advancements at CHPG in cancer care"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two major acquisitions in the Radiotherapy Service at the Princess Grace Hospital Center were inaugurated on Monday, February 3, in the presence of Mrs. Yvette Lambin-Berti, Secretary of State, Mr. Christophe Robino, Government Advisor &#8211; Minister for Social Affairs and Health, Mrs. Caroline Rougaignon-Vernin, President of the CHPG Board of Directors, Mr. Robert Chanas, Vice-President of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Beno\u00eete Rousseau de Sevelinges, Director of CHPG, Dr. C\u00e9cile Ortholan, Head of the Radiotherapy Department, and Lord Laidlaw, the generous donor.<br \/>\nOn the occasion of World Cancer Day, February 4, the CHPG is further committing to strengthening its care offerings in cancer management, thanks to these two innovations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A surface radiotherapy system that increases exposure precision when treating patients.<\/li>\n<li>Equipment that allows for the treatment of skin cancers that were previously inoperable due to medical restrictions on patients. This equipment is part of a care pathway, the Skin Tumor Center, facilitating access to a dermatologist for oncological care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
