Celebrated every year since 1992 on the initiative of the United Nations (UN), December 3rd is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
\nOn this occasion, the Princely Government, under the initiative of the Department of Social Affairs and Health, is mobilizing alongside personalities, partners, and associations to promote and share concrete actions in the first edition of Handipact Day. This unique event will take place on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, at the Novotel Hotel starting at 10:00 AM.
\nThe theme chosen for this first edition of Handipact 2024, “Innovation in the service of disability,” will highlight advancements that, thanks to technology, are transforming the lives of people with disabilities and contributing to inclusion.
\nIt is an opportunity for visitors to discover and test innovative solutions, some of which will be presented for the first time in the Principality, as well as to meet companies and associations to exchange ideas and collaborate on current disability-related issues.
\nStarting at 10:00 AM, a roundtable discussion with experts will be organized, with the unprecedented presence of disability ambassadors.
\nThe goal of this event is to encourage initiatives that improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. This first Handipact Day thus confirms the Principality’s strong commitment to an inclusive and accessible society for all.<\/p>\n
