On Tuesday, November 12, Christophe ROBINO, Minister of Social Affairs and Health, and Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric GENTA, Interministerial Delegate for Attractiveness and Digital Transition, presented to the press a series of new online employment services in Monaco, in the presence of Pascale PALLANCA, Director of Labor, Magali IMPERTI, Deputy Director of Labor, Julien DEJANOVIC, Director of Digital Services, and Emmanuelle CELLARIO-FLORIO, Head of Employment Services.<\/p>\n<p>These advancements aim to equip this Department, which maintains continuous relations with the economic actors of the Principality, with high-performing and user-friendly new tools, offering advanced features and simplified, digital processes for employers and job seekers, with several key objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To facilitate the journey of employers and job seekers with advanced digital tools;<\/li>\n<li>To leverage technological products developed by the Princely Government.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These services are now accessible through dedicated sections on MonGuichet.mc, the Principality&#8217;s digital administrative services portal. They respond to employers\u2019 expectations, who seek simplicity and efficiency in completing procedures: initial presentations of these tools received positive feedback from employers, which will need to be confirmed during actual use.<\/p>\n<p>The employment tools development program will proceed in several phases:<\/p>\n<p><strong>November 2024:<\/strong> Launch of the first online services<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modernization of the operational tool for the Directorate of Labor: this improvement will enhance the efficiency of interactions with employers and job seekers.<\/li>\n<li>Launch of the &#8220;Employer&#8221; and &#8220;Job Seeker&#8221; spaces on MonGuichet.mc: these portals will allow users to post, view, and manage job offers in real-time, 24\/7.<\/li>\n<li>Public dissemination of job offers on MonServicePublic.mc: after the priority period, offers will be accessible to all candidates, ensuring optimal visibility of opportunities in Monaco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>End of 2025:<\/strong> New enriched digital services<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% digital recruitment pathway: the entire process, from application to hiring, will be fully digitalized.<\/li>\n<li>Launch of the first version of the online CV database: registered job seekers with the Employment Service will be able to upload their resumes, facilitating connections with employers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2026:<\/strong> Issuance of the digital work permit<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Issuing the work permit in digital format will complete this gradual transformation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Christophe ROBINO, Minister of Government &#8211; Minister of Social Affairs and Health responsible for Labor, emphasized, \u201cIt is essential to modernize the administration tools, specifically within the Directorate of Labor and Employment Services, to provide employers and job seekers with responses that meet their expectations. Practically, this means eventually providing a fast, secure, and tailored response to every particular situation in the relationship between employer and job candidate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric GENTA, Interministerial Delegate for Attractiveness and Digital Transition, highlighted the importance of these developments: \u201cThe digital transformation of our public services significantly contributes to the attractiveness of the Principality. Monaco attracts talent from around the world every year, looking for a dynamic and agile environment.
