\u201cLuigi XV at the H\u00f4tel de Paris\u201d<\/strong> is located, indeed, at the Hotel de Paris, in the Square of the Casino. \u201cDecorated\u201d with three stars by the Michelin Guide of France, it represents an unattainable uniqueness in Monaco’s dining scene. One cannot mention it without mentioning Alain Ducasse, the chef and entrepreneur of the establishment. Originally from Orthez (in the southwest of France), with a lasting love for the Mediterranean, he is a brilliant chef and businessman. Now a citizen of Monaco, he also runs an empire of over 30 establishments with a presence on every continent. He was only 33 years old when he was awarded three stars at Louis XV after achieving a remarkable standard. His famous fixed menu based on vegetables \u201cjardins de Provence,\u201d launched right here in Monaco on May 27, 1987, has been one of the cornerstones of French gastronomy in the last 30 years. Alain Ducasse\u2019s incomparable style is maintained by his loyal right-hand man, Emmanuel Pilon, in a kitchen that masterfully celebrates the essence of Mediterranean ingredients. Among the available services are air conditioning, a particularly interesting wine list, vegetarian menu, valet parking, facilities for people with disabilities, and a terrace.<\/p>\n

The M\u00e9tropole Monte Carlo Hotel<\/strong> (4 avenue de la Madone) includes – in addition to other facilities – the luxurious restaurant \u201cLes Ambassadeurs,\u201d<\/strong> which boasts two stars. The kitchen, led by chef Christophe Cussac, skillfully combines typically transalpine culinary training and more modern recipes, all with the Mediterranean as a base. Examples of the chef’s consummate skill include two succulent langoustine tails, green beans, and a Maltese sauce. His high-level and meticulous cuisine, depicted through perfect seasonings, cooking, and plating, gives life to dishes that are the quintessence of harmony and balance. A special mention for the incredible bread and dessert carts. Among the services offered are air conditioning, a highly prestigious wine list, valet parking, and facilities for people with disabilities.<\/p>\n

Michelin Guide – Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac – Monaco – un ristorante della Guida MICHELIN<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cBlue Bay Marcel Ravin\u201d<\/strong> (40 avenue Princesse-Grace) has two stars. As often happens in Monaco, European kitchens blend with exotic gastronomy. This is the case with Marcel Ravin, who, after wandering through Martinique, Alsace, and Belgium, now shows a distinct culinary personality in the Principality, signing a creative cuisine that transports us to the West Indies. With impeccable technical skill (superb sauces), he recounts his personal experience, referring to the dishes cooked by his grandmother (calalou, blaff, “day-after bread”), which he reinterprets with flair, incorporating the refined ingredients from those parts with ours: poultry and veal from Piedmont, fish from the Mediterranean, vegetables and aromatic herbs from the garden. An engaging cuisine overflowing with flavors of the West Indies, pleasantly complemented by the fruity and spicy creations of pastry chef Floriane Grand. A fabulous terrace overlooks the Larvotto peninsula. Parking and facilities for people with disabilities are available.<\/p>\n

Continuing our journey between East and West, we find, at 4 Avenue de la Madone,<\/strong> also included in the M\u00e9tropole Monte Carlo Hotel, \u201cYoshi,\u201d<\/strong> a restaurant that pays tribute to Japanese cuisine, with top-quality ingredients and impeccable technique. Aromatic soups, sushi, and maki are created with particular attention to (indeed) yoshi (kindness) by chef Takeo Yamazaki, whose cuisine, more fusion in style than authentically Japanese, has adapted to his international guests. However, it remains precise, refined, and determined, as demonstrated by the excellent \u201cghindara no saiko yaki\u201d<\/strong> (black cod fillet marinated in boiled sake and wrapped in a Japanese magnolia leaf), which is rarely found in \u201clocal\u201d Japanese restaurants. Air conditioning, a high-quality wine list, valet parking, and facilities for people with disabilities are offered.<\/p>\n

Michelin Guide – Yoshi – Monaco – un ristorante della Guida MICHELIN<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cTable d’Antonio Salvatore au Rampoldi\u201d<\/strong> (3 Avenue des Sp\u00e9lugues) is the one-star restaurant of the eponymous Lucanian chef, now – after many experiences abroad (Spain, England, and Russia) – aligned with the new owner Rampoldi. In the former cigar lounge, he has created a tailor-made environment (only five tables), where he applies unwavering rigor to serve top-notch, tasty, and precise contemporary Italian cuisine. The provenance of the products is mostly local, with suppliers between Menton and Sanremo, but some ingredients are also imported from southern Italy. Some examples of his dishes: veal tonnato buttons; twelve-hour goat; chocolate textures… Meanwhile, at the brasserie, the menu features a handful of modernized classics. Air conditioning and valet parking are among the services.<\/p>\n

Perched on the roof of the splendid hotel, Le Grill and its retractable roof have not lost their mythical aura or breathtaking view! The establishment remains a staunch supporter of high-level craftsmanship, appealing to excellent and abundant local products, adding a completely new dimension to barbecue cuisine along the gastronomic journey offered. Examples include agnolotti from Piedmont, slices of local turbot, rack of lamb with flavor, or young free-range chicken immersed in Proven\u00e7al aromas. Other typical dishes include traditional souffl\u00e9s, such as the astonishing hot raspberry and pistachio souffl\u00e9.
