\nThe Cabinet of Curiosities – “The Early Days of T\u00e9l\u00e9 Monte-Carlo, 1954-1974” – An exhibition looking at the first 20 years of Monaco’s TV channel launched in 1954. A selection of archives and objects will take you back in time, to the very earliest days of color television. Organized by the Audiovisual Institute of Monaco, the exhibition features items entrusted by T\u00e9l\u00e9 Monte-Carlo for safekeeping, documents from partner institutions, and materials kindly loaned by private individuals.<\/p>\n
\nRolex Monte-Carlo Masters<\/h4>\n
\nATP Masters 1000 Monte-Carlo 2024, the Principality hosts one of the oldest and most prestigious clay court tournaments in the world, the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, at the Monte-Carlo Country Club.<\/p>\n
\nExhibition – “Pasolini in Chiaroscuro”<\/h4>\n
\nThe new exhibition at Villa Sauber pays tribute to Pier Paolo Pasolini, perhaps the last European intellectual to have achieved worldwide fame. Fifty years after his death, his influence is still felt in the various fields in which he worked: he is read, commented on, adapted, and inspires contemporary creative artists. Although he preferred to define himself as a writer, it was his films that brought him to the public’s attention. The exhibition explores his inspirations and his legacy.<\/p>\n
\nExhibition – “The Image Beyond The Pixel”<\/h4>\n
\nFor this third “Renc\u2019art” event during the Video Game Month, the Library pays tribute to the work of Jean Jacques Calbayrac, alias Game Boy Cameraman, with a collection of his photographs from the archives that give visitors the opportunity to see his series on Monaco, the city of his birth.<\/p>\n
\nExhibition – “The Prince and the Mediterranean”<\/h4>\n
\nOn the occasion of the centenary of Prince Ranieri III (1923-2023), the Oceanographic Museum presents the new permanent exhibition entitled “The Prince and the Mediterranean.” Through this exhibition, the Oceanographic Institute pays tribute to the unwavering bond that united Prince Ranieri III with the Ocean, and in particular with the Mediterranean. Visitors are invited to board his boat Deo Juvante II. Guided by the voice of H.S.H. Princess St\u00e9phanie, they will move through four exploratory and intimate spaces, discovering one after the other the different facets of this Prince passionate about the Mare Nostrum.<\/p>\n

\nExhibition – “Pier Paolo Calzolari – Ideal House”<\/h4>\n
\nPier Paolo Calzolari is known for the formal originality of his multidisciplinary practice (painting, sculpture, but also performances conceived as “acts of passion”), which often resorts to the use of organic materials such as tobacco leaves, fire, or frost to create “installation works” that question the limits of contemporary art. Retrospective exhibition, “Ideal House” is a rare opportunity to discover the world of an artist who has marked the history of art through his often unconventional approach to the various practices of the plastic arts.<\/p>\n
