Everything is ready for the first European tennis Masters 1000 of the season, on the legendary clay courts of the Principality of Monaco scheduled from tomorrow, April 6th, until April 14th.<\/strong> An unmissable rendezvous for tennis lovers and beyond. Here, the best world champions will play in the splendid setting of the Monte-Carlo Country Club, presided over by M\u00e9lanie-Antoinette de Massy.<\/p>\n

The 117th edition of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, directed by David Massey, officially kicks off today with the final draw, organized at the Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology at 5 p.m. (To be followed live on the tournament’s Facebook pages – https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/rolexmcmasters<\/a>) and on Monaco Info – https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MonacoInfo<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Tomorrow, April 6th at 11 a.m., the tournament will be launched in the heart of the Principality, where tennis enthusiasts can watch a mini-tennis exhibition, open to all, in Piazza d’Armi, between Andrey Rublev and St\u00e9fanos Tsitsip\u00e1s, the two most recent winners of the Tournament.<\/p>\n

In Monte Carlo, it will be the first time for the unstoppable Jannik Sinner as the world number 2. A wild card has been given to the Italian Matteo Berrettini.<\/p>\n

The entry of the top 10 ATP ranked players, led by Serbian Novak Djokovic (No.1), is exceptional. Jannik Sinner, Carlos Alcaraz, Daniil Medvedev, Andrey Rublev, who achieved his first Masters 1000 victory last year in Monaco, Alexander Zverev, Holger Rune, finalist in 2023, Hubert Hurkacz, Casper Ruud, Alex de Minaur, not to mention the two-time winner on Monegasque soil Stefanos Tsitsipas.<\/p>\n

The Tournament, announced director David Massey, will once again support the GEMLUC association (Group of Monegasque Companies in the Fight against Cancer) which funds research and provides the most modern technological equipment.<\/p>\n

However, the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters is not just a tournament, but a sporting event that combines excellence with traditions, which will be celebrated this year during the 30th edition of the Grand Tennis Night.<\/p>\n
